Clean Install

– Boot into TWRP
– Flash OOS in TWRP
– Flash TWRP Installer
– Reboot to recovery
– Flash OOS in TWRP again to make sure its on both slots
– Flash TWRP Installer
– Reboot to recovery
– Flash ROM
– Wipe Data and Cache
– Flash TWRP Installer
