FINALLY FOUND THIS REGISTRY TWEAK! I am so glad I did because that means we have both CPU power saving fully disabled and GPU power saving disabled.
Oh also if you are wondering how to disable Idle states for your cpu. Here are the 2 tweaks,
Disable idles
powercfg -setacvalueindex scheme_current sub_processor 5d76a2ca-e8c0-402f-a133-2158492d58ad 1
powercfg -setactive scheme_current
Enable idles:
powercfg -setacvalueindex scheme_current sub_processor 5d76a2ca-e8c0-402f-a133-2158492d58ad 0
powercfg -setactive scheme_current
