Steps:
1) download Telegram on app store
2) add this repo to cydia / sileo :
3) download the tweak « Mimport » from this repo
4) go to Telegram and add this bot : @DeezloaderAn0n_bot
5) Download the music you want and then long click on it and use the option « import with Mimport » as in the video
6) your music is now downloaded and in your music app, you can listen it offline, enjoy!
