First, check to see if the keys that are not working are sticky or dirty. If they are, you can try cleaning them with a mild soap and water solution. If that doesn’t work, you may need to replace the keys.

If the keys are not sticky or dirty, the next step is to check your keyboard driver. To do this, go to the Device Manager in Windows. Find the keyboard device and double-click on it.

Click on the Driver tab and click on Update Driver. If there is an update available, follow the prompts to install it.
