Google Maps for Android Auto gains some minor design tweaks for navigation

Google Maps for Android Auto is receiving a design update to its navigation pane. The changes include bolder texts and subtle design modifications. These updates are being rolled out to users through a server-side update and are expected to reach all users soon. The new design features a bold time estimate in the bottom left window while navigating, with the estimated distance now placed next to the estimated time of arrival. Additionally, the design change removes the border between the estimated time/distance and the navigation buttons below. It is worth noting that this update does not address the connectivity issues faced by Pixel owners throughout the year.
