hadesROM Q v1.0 is the first ever OneUI 2.5 based Android 10 port for our Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note8. It is ported from the Galaxy Note9. It comes with December 2020 security patch. It is heavily debloated and deknoxed. It also has a lot of extra features which you can select via Aroma installer while installing the ROM.

Installation Notes –
1. Boot into custom recovery. (Latest Official TWRP recommended)
2. Wipe system, data, cache, dalvik cache.
3. Flash hadesROM Q v1.0 zip.
4. Select the Aroma Installer options according to your need.
5. Reboot and wait for 10-15 mins. (First boot takes more time than usual, so don’t panic, be patient!)
Notes –
1. Backup your important stuff before going throught the installation process.
2. First boot will take more than 10-15 mins. Wait for the device to boot, don’t report anything too quickly.
3. Uncheck diagnostic data in setup wizard. (Always do this while setting up any phone or any custom rom)
