To Change Language & Region General preferences on Mac
On your Mac, use the General pane of Language & Region System Preferences to select the languages shown in the Finder and in apps, and choose the formats used to show dates, times, numbers, and currency.
To open this pane, choose Apple menu System Preferences, click Language & Region, then click General.
