Oracle VirtualBox has a feature that you let you configure up to 8 monitorsdisplays for a virtual machine even if you don’t have multiple monitors on your physical host machine. And if you do have more than one monitor on your host, you can have a VM display on each physical monitor. You can even change the resolution and scale size per virtual monitor.
