NOTE – When used in Landscape Mode with a Raspberry Pi in I would steer you clear of using it as a mini retro game player or HD video player as the screen tearing that only occurs in this orientation will be no fun.
UPDATE – I can confirm No Screen Tearing in any orientation when using Ubuntu Desktop 21.10 with a Raspberry Pi Single Board Computer.
