Their November 2020 update to their OMEN Command Center is now called OMEN Gaming HUB. It seems to have enabled undervolting for 10th gen Intel CPUs and some 9th gen OMEN owners claim their laptop can now be undervolted with the new Gaming HUB as well.
When asked about hardware compatibility I was told that this is currently for 10th gen intel per popular request and that AMD solutions are being looked into.
