This video is an updated full guide on how to install and use Misaka 3.0 without jailbreak which can be used to install tweaks and/or themes on all the below mentioned supported devices and iOS versions. Misaka tweak manager is just a package manager like Sileo or Cydia but works without a jailbreak. Misaka 3.0 or higher adds support for iOS 17 as well with limited set of functionalities as shown in the video. The method and apps including Misaka package manager is completely free for everyone.
