After troubleshooting the problem the device continued to fail and the problem was that the charger cable was cutting internally (on the outside you could only see an increase in size at one point near the connector), so I changed the charger and did the same procedure and it has not failed again.
If your MacBook Air or Pro stopped responding and is turned off, you tried pressing the power button, the control+command+power keys and there is no response, this may be the solution. This problem occurs not only in Apple laptops, but also in other brands where the battery cannot be disconnected without unplugging.
