Other that the clock day time saving , The Outer Worlds settings can be changed too.
1. Just go to this location: %LOCALAPPDATA%IndianaSavedConfigWindowsNoEditor
2. Open ” GameUserSettings.ini” with notepad or whatever you prefer.
3. Navigate to “ResolutionSizeX” and “ResolutionSizeY” and change the values to the desired resolution of your choice.
4. For scale change sg.ResolutionQuality and Resolution3D
5. After your changes press “Save”
6. In case of reverted to default settings, make the file “read-only”
Gameplay tomorrow or the day after that or after-after that.
