I first found this when Minecraft Launcher crashed. Then I found that all 32 bit programs crash. Also some 64 bit programs crash too.
“GPU tweak II” is used in this video on the machine that I am using.
program Files (x86)ASUSGPU TweakIIGTII-OSDx86GTII-OSD.dll
that is the broken file location.
I am running a 64 bit windows 10 Pro on a 64bit PC
